BlueCamroo is a flexible and powerful CRM, Project Management and Collaboration platform. We've designed the system to be easy to set up and customize, with Workflow Rules, Project Templates, and tools such as Extra Data Fields and Extra Data Objects that extend the system to fit each user's particular data requirements. We also offer a full API, to allow integration into users' other business systems.
What's not so easy for some companies, however, are all the things outside the system that go into making a successful CRM implementation — whether with BlueCamroo or any other system. Things like understanding their sales process; identifying and flow-charting the different kinds of Project that they perform for clients; analyzing and re-designing the data flows in their organization; getting all staff bought-in to using the new system; and delivering training.
That's why we're launching our Configuration Partner Program, to build a community of consultants, experts and integrators that can advise and support companies as they implement BlueCamroo.
Q.What will BlueCamroo Configuration Partners do?
As a BlueCamroo Configuration Partner, you'll be a recognized expert to help your clients plan and implement their BlueCamroo workspace in a way that delivers maximum value to their businesses. And you'll be the first person they refer back to each time they extend their business and look to update their business processes.
Q.How do I make money?
We expect BlueCamroo Configuration Partners to have three main revenue lines:
1.
From consultancy fees and setup charges
BlueCamroo is priced to be highly competitive in the online, Software as a Service (SaaS) market for CRM and Project Management solutions. This reflects a direct, online business model, and does not cover the costs to deliver setup services. And the customers we've attracted so far are happy with that deal.
The customers you'll be working with are those — often slightly larger — firms that require consultancy and hands-on support in designing and successfully implementing their CRM solution with BlueCamroo, and understand they need to pay a fee for those services, and you'll charge them directly. These are your fees for your services. BlueCamroo does not get involved in any way.
2.
From Support Contracts
BlueCamroo provides free email support to all customers. But our Support Technicians are only experts in the BlueCamroo system. You will be the expert in your client's business, and the specifics of how you have integrated BlueCamroo for them, so you will be the best person to offer them support. It will be your choice, but we'd urge all Configuration Partners to seriously consider offering their clients a Support Contract for an additional monthly or annual fee.
3.
From BlueCamroo Commissions
As a Configuration Partner, you'll be able to participate in our Affiliate Program and earn special enhanced commission rates.
We expect that most Configuration Partners will be offering BlueCamroo consultancy, setup and support services as part of a wider portfolio of services, so naturally the other benefit is the cross-selling opportunities. If you offer sales training, for example, it's natural once you've trained a client in Lead Generation to help them set up BlueCamroo to manage their sales pipeline. And because BlueCamroo works for the whole organization, it's a great tool to get you in front of other buyers that may need sales skills - such as the support team, or Project Managers.
Q.Is this a Franchise?
No. Becoming a Configuration Partner simply extends your portfolio of consultancy services, and authorizes you to identify and promote yourself as a BlueCamroo Configuration Partner. Unlike in a franchise business, your clients are your clients, and you keep all your revenues. You also receive commissions on any customers you introduce to BlueCamroo.
We will require that all BlueCamroo Configuration Partners have (and pay for) their own BlueCamroo account. We think it is reasonable that if you are going to recommend and consult on using BlueCamroo, you should use it yourself!
Q.I'm interested. What do I do now?
The BlueCamroo Configuration Partner Program will launch during the first half of 2012. If you'd like to be a part of it, there are three things to do right now:

Affiliate and Configuration Partner commissions will be tracked and paid through our Affiliate Management System. You can sign up today and refer traffic from your website, blog or email newsletters to start earning Affiliate level commissions immediately.
